🧾 Key Invoice Fields in the Unpaid Invoices Tab
When reviewing unpaid invoices in Centime, the following columns help assess payment expectations and take action:

Expected Date: The anticipated date when the invoice will be paid.

Status: Qualifies how the expected date was determined. Statuses include:

Predicted: Centime predicts the payment date based on the customer's historical behavior.

Late: The invoice is overdue and no estimated payment date is currently available.

Estimated: A team member has manually entered an expected date based on their insight.

Promised: A confident manual entry—someone on your team has received a strong assurance from the customer.

On Hold: A manual hold status indicating no follow-up or workflow emails should be sent due to a dispute or delay. This automatically puts a workflow on pause.

Autopay: Indicates when the invoice is scheduled to be paid automatically.

Autopay Hold: The invoice was on autopay but is now manually paused from processing.

Navigate to the Unpaid Invoices tab.

Click Edit in the bulk action bar.
