Track Invoice Activity: using Last Opened by and Last Opened at columns

Gain visibility into unopened invoices.

To track if an invoice has been opened and reviewed in Centime, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “⋮” (three dot) menu on any column within Centime.

  2. Look for the options "Last Opened At" and "Last Opened By".

    • Last Opened By: This field shows the name of the last person who opened the invoice. If the invoice has not been opened yet, this field will display a dash ("-").

    • Last Opened At: This field displays the timestamp indicating when the invoice was last opened.

By utilizing these fields, Centime users can easily monitor whether an invoice has been reviewed by an AP user. This information can be filtered and saved as the default view based on your preferences.
