How to automate your payments with Autopay

Managing payments just got easier! With Autopay, you can ensure your invoices are paid on time without the hassle of manual processing.

What Is Autopay?

Autopay is a convenient way to automate your invoice payments. Once enrolled, payments are processed automatically on the date you choose, giving you peace of mind and saving you time.

How to Enroll in Autopay

You may have received an email from us inviting you to enroll in Autopay. Simply click the link in the email to get started. If needed, you can forward this email to the person responsible for managing payments.

Alternatively, you can log in to the Customer Portal and navigate to settings to enrol at anytime.

Set Up Your Preferences

Whether you click the email link or log in directly, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Confirm your email address 
  • Choose your payment method: Credit card or ACH
  • Set your payment timing: 
    • Invoice due date: Payments are made when the invoice is due.
    • Invoice date: Payments are made as soon as the invoice is created.
    • Last day of the discount window: Payments are made on the final day of any early-payment discount period.
  • Enter your payment details.

Once enrolled, Autopay will handle payments automatically based on your preferences.

Manage Autopay Anytime

Alternatively, you can enroll in Autopay or update your Autopay settings directly from the Customer Portal.

Navigate to settings using the gear icon in the top right and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

  • Entolment: Opt in, opt out
  • Autopay payment date: 
    • Invoice due date: Payments are made when the invoice is due.
    • Invoice date: Payments are made as soon as the invoice is created.
    • Last day of the discount window: Payments are made on the final day of any early-payment discount period.

This flexibility ensures Autopay always fits your needs.

How Autopay Works

Once enrolled:

  1. Payments are automatically processed on the date you’ve selected.
  2. You’ll have full visibility into your Autopay settings through the Customer Portal.
  3. You’ll receive notifications confirming payments, ensuring transparency and control.
