Module: Accounts Payables >> Area: Invoice Automation

Allow IA Policy Creation for all standard invoice fields

  • Use case: AP clients want to create approval policies for any invoice fields they utilize (ex. Customer or project).
  • Update: Invoice approval policies can now be created for all standard invoice coding fields that are added in the invoice fields settings, including the subsidiary field (for Netsuite muli-entity customers).

Module: Accounts Payables >> Area: Large volume initiative

Approve and pay a large number of records

  • Use case: Large AP clients need to pay and approve a large number of unpaid invoices at a time. 
  • Update: The limit has been increased from 250 to 750 records. Users can now pay and approve up to 750 records at a time. 
  • Coming Soon: The limit will be increased to ~1000 records after additional performance and stability improvements have been made.

Accounts Receivable >> Product Theme: Collection prioritization and management 

CRM Enhancement: Collections activity 

  • Use case: AR clients need a comprehensive view of all activity related to collections, enabling better tracking, collaboration, and customer relationship management.
  • Update: Six new hidden columns have been added to the Receivables module, allowing clients to capture and display detailed activity data. These columns—available on the Customer and Unpaid tabs—include:
    • Last Note
    • Last Note By
    • Last Note Date
    • Last Action
    • Last Action Date
    • Last Action By
  • Coming Soon:
    • Pending Collection Activity: We will display pending collection activity. This enhancement will provide clients with a complete picture of both completed and upcoming actions, ensuring better prioritization and a proactive approach to collections management.
    • Facilitated Team Collaboration: In conjunction with this release, we recommend clients leverage saved shared views to create new working views where teams can collaborate effectively. In future updates, we will introduce pre-configured saved views to further streamline this way of working.
  • These updates together offer improved visibility, streamlined collaboration, and a more robust CRM experience.
