How to refresh the Customer Portal
If Centime is not updating with your most recent activity, this is how you can refresh the Customer Portal.
Refresh the Hub
Refreshing the Customer Portal enables users to trigger data regeneration to display the most updated invoices and their payment status.
To refresh the Customer Portal, users can click on the Customer Portal text in the header bar.
Please Note - Clicking on the browser reload icon will log the user out of the Customer Portal
Once the user has refreshed the Customer Portal, users can view the updated payment status for the invoices.
