Introduction to the Manage Receivables dashboard
Discover how Centime’s Manage Receivables solution streamlines accounts receivable processes. Learn how to segment customers, automate reminders, manage collections, and improve cash flow through an intuitive dashboard.
📊 Navigating the Dashboard
When you click on the Manage Receivables module, you land directly on the Unpaid Invoices tab. This serves as the central hub of the solution.
📉 Receivables Graphs
The dashboard features interactive visualizations that help users monitor and manage accounts receivable performance and cash flow. These include:

AR Aging Graph – Breaks down amounts due into 30-day intervals, helping users prioritize collections. ✅ Click any interval bucket to view invoice details.

Cash Impact Bars – Displays cash inflows and outflows over a specific period, giving a clear picture of cash movement.

Cash Impact Waterfall – Illustrates how receivables activities affect overall cash balance. For example, adjusting an expected payment date will update the projected cash inflow and balance.

🗂️ Manage Receivables Tabs
The dashboard features three main tabs for managing accounts receivable activities:

👥 Customers Tab
The Customers tab displays a list of customers along with invoice and AR details.
The table displays a default set of data points, but users can add many more to tailor the view to their needs. You can also create customizable views for targeted collection initiatives—for example, identifying and enrolling customers in autopay.
Key data categories include:

Customer – Payment behavior, number of invoices, total outstanding, share of AR, overdue amount, % overdue, delay in days, balances (standard and S), and amounts due across different aging buckets (e.g., Due in 30+, 1-30, 31-60, etc.).

Centime Activity – Notes, task assignments, and paused status.

Customer Profile – Project name, communication contact status, workflow, payment terms, customer ID, and monthly statement preferences.

Hierarchy Preferences – Bill-to, parent account, partner name, entity type, and billing configuration.

Invoice – Invoice currency.
-
Payment Details – Autopay enrollment status, timing, and method.
-
Fields – Custom and standard fields, including Centime-created fields.

Edit – Modify AR-related fields for selected customers.

Send Email – Send a broadcast email to multiple customers simultaneously.

Enroll in Autopay – Invite customers to enroll in autopay for streamlined payments.

Set Workflow – Add selected customers to existing workflows.

Send Statement – Send monthly statements to selected customers.
🧾 Unpaid Invoices Tab
This tab shows all outstanding invoices and allows users to take action or analyze invoice-level AR metrics.
Key data categories include:

Customer – Customer name, outstanding balance, Outstanding balance in the customer's home currency

Centime Collections Activity – Notes, task assignments, priority tags, and paused status

Customer Profile – Project, communication contact status, workflow enrollment, payment terms, customer ID

Hierarchy Preferences – Bill-to entity, parent account, partner name, entity type

Invoice – Invoice number, PDF access, due date, days past due, expected date, status, invoice currency, invoice date

Payment Details – Last payment date and amount, payment status, autopay enrollment, timing, and method

Fields – Custom and standard fields, including Centime-created fields
🔧 Actions:

Edit – Edit custom fields and modify expected or promised payment dates

Send Reminder – Email payment reminders for selected invoices

This tab lists all successfully paid invoices.
Key data categories include:

Centime Activity – Notes related to collections and internal collaboration.

Customer Profile – Project name, payment terms.

Hierarchy Preferences – Bill-to, parent account, partner name, entity type.

Invoice – Invoice number, access to PDF, status.
-
Payment Details – Last payment date and amount, total invoice amount, payment amount, general ledger post status, payout status.
