What is verification?
- Centime verifies the entity legal name with the specified Tax ID as per regulations. This process is carried out in the back end after the user has identified their legal name and Tax ID.
- This is required if the user wants to activate a payment product or a payment method on Centime.
Verifying company information:
- Navigate: Settings > Company Profile > Company Information
- Users must add the legal name for their business, the associated Tax ID, State of incorporation, Business legal structure, Business physical address (this must be where the business in incorporated)
- This is also where you can add your logo, this will show in the Customer and Supplier portals
- After saving, this step is complete.
