You must have NetSuite Administrator access to perform these changes.

Ensure the Centime integration has already been configured in your environment.
🚀 Steps to Grant Centime Access from NetSuite

Login to your NetSuite account with Administrator credentials.

Navigate to:
Setup > Integration > NetSuite as OIDC Provider Setup -
From the list, select:
Centime Prod -
You will now see options to manage access. You must provide access to the user and the role.
1: Provide Access to Specific Entities (Users)

Select individual users from the list.

Confirm and save changes.
2: Provide Access to Specific Roles

Select the roles (e.g., Accountant, Controller, etc.) that should have access.

Confirm and save changes.

✅ Final Check

Ensure that the user has also been invited to the specific entity in Centime.

Ensure the correct users or roles are associated with Centime Prod.

The user should now be able to access Centime directly from NetSuite.
