Email Delivery Visibility for Collections
Email reminders are a vital part of your collections strategy. It's equally important to know whether your emails have been successfully delivered, so you can take action if invoices aren’t reaching your customers.
🚨 Email Failure Alerts
Centime helps you monitor delivery issues directly in the Receivables module:

A red envelope icon indicates that the most recent email to that customer failed or bounced.
- A red exclamation point indicates when a customer profile does not have a communication contact.

These alerts appears at the invoice or customer level, helping you identify delivery issues at a glance.
🔍 Check Email Delivery Status
To view detailed delivery information:

Open the invoice or customer history.

Click Request Delivery Status next to any sent email.

To ensure you’re seeing the latest update, click Refresh after requesting the status.
