Open the **invoice** or **customer history**. 2. Click **Request Delivery Status** next to any sent email. 3. To ensure you’re seeing the latest update, click **Refresh** after requesting the status. Monitoring email delivery ensures your reminders are seen—and your invoices get paid faster.
