Receivables Permissions: Assign workflows, invite to portal, and enroll autopay ### Invite customers to enroll in autopay - Navigate: Receivables \> Customers. - Select "Enroll Autopay" and select the customers you would like to enroll in Autopay. - Once you confirm, you can review and modify the email. ### Customer journey - Your customer will receive an email containing a link to enroll. They can click the link or forward it to a different user with the payment details. ![](https://knowledgebase.centime.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-14-2025-08-36-23-1931-PM.png?width=670&height=355&name=image-png-May-14-2025-08-36-23-1931-PM.png) - Clicking on the link will prompt the user to enter their email address, Centime will validate that their email domain is listed in the Customer Profile. This adds an important layer of security and prevents unauthorized or mistaken submissions. ![](https://knowledgebase.centime.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-14-2025-08-40-29-1430-PM.png?width=670&height=370&name=image-png-May-14-2025-08-40-29-1430-PM.png) - Once confirmed, the user will be prompted to complete payment preferences, and payment details. - Once authorized, Centime will automatically make payments on the designated date. ![](https://knowledgebase.centime.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-14-2025-08-41-51-9009-PM.png?width=670&height=347&name=image-png-May-14-2025-08-41-51-9009-PM.png) - Users to have the option to Opt Out.   If a customer unenrolls at a later time, you will receive an email notification.   ### Autopay Options - Customers can change their payment preferences, details, or preferred payment date from the settings in the Customer Portal. - The available options for the payment date are: - Due date: The due date of the invoice - Invoice date: The date the invoice gets created and synced to Centime - Last day of the discount window: The last date when a discount is available. If no discount is available, it will rely on the due date. ### View your Customer’s Autopay Preferences As an AR user, you can view your customers’ Autopay preferences on the customer’s side panel within the "Payments" tab.    - Autopay payment timing: Due date, Last day of discount window, or Invoice date - Autopay payment method: Credit card or ACH - Payment details: The last four digits will be visible “Autopay payment timing” and “Autopay payment method” are also available as hidden columns on the “Customer” and “Unpaid Invoices” tabs.
